Civil Right Statement

In accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its Agencies, offices, and employees, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA.

Persons with disabilities who require alternative means of communication for program information (e.g., Braille, large print, audiotape, American Sign Language, etc.) should contact the Agency (State or local) where they applied for benefits. Individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing or have speech disabilities may contact USDA through the Federal Relay Service at (800) 877-8339. Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English. To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at http://www.ascr.usda.gov/ complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.

SchoolFusion’s SchoolPay Privacy and Security Policy:

Centrifuge Solutions LLC (dba "SchoolFusion") uses My Payment Network (SchoolPay) solution which delivers payment services to schools and businesses and offers its service under many brand names, powered by My Payment Network (SchoolPay). Part of the payment process involves the collecting of personal information. Such information is voluntarily submitted by people who submit payments through any branded version of their services and is required to submit transactions.

Changes In Our Privacy Policy:

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy without providing you with advance notice of our intent to make the changes.

Use of Information:

All information collected is solely used in the fulfillment of payment services. The information collected is required to complete transactions. My Payment Network (SchoolPay) will never release or sell any personal information collected through any of their branded services.

Cookies:

My Payment Network and any branded version of their services do not use cookies.

Browser Level Information:

The My Payment Network.com web server automatically collects information about a site user's IP address, browser type and referrer by reading this information from the user's browser (information provided by every user's browser). This information is collected and logged for security purposes, as an activity log of which people have been in the system and what have they done. It is also used by businesses and schools in reconciling disputed transactions. The IP address is used only for these purposes.

Email:

SchoolFusion and My Payment Network (SchoolPay) respects the privacy of its readers and shall not disclose, distribute or rent its email list to any third party, nor shall it permit anyone else to do so. Email addresses used in by any of their branded services for the sending of payment alerts, receipts and other communication regarding the payment services shall not be disclosed or distributed to any third party.

Secure Hosting:

All branded versions of My Payment Network’s (Schoolpay) services are hosted on a dedicated secure server. The server is located in a secure location at a national hosting company. All branded versions of My Payment Network (SchoolPay) transaction data are stored on this server. All user and customer sessions are hosted on the secure server.

Secure Sessions:

All branded versions of My Payment Network (SchoolPay) sessions (after logging into the services) are conducted with SSL security. SSL security is the standard for internet e-commerce session security. All payment pages are hosted in SSL. This means that when people make a payment, even if they are not logged into any branded service, they are protected by SSL security. My Payment Network maintains security certificates with nationally known firms. Users will need to have their browser settings such that they can go to secure sites to use any branded version of My Payment Network’s services.

Encrypted Database:

The My Payment Network (SchoolPay) databases are encrypted. Data is only un-encrypted when it is pulled from the database and presented to a user or administrator during a logged in session.

Claims of Copyright Infringement:
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act, signed into law on October 28, 1998, amended the copyright law to provide limitations for service provider liability relating to material online. In compliance with such Act, SchoolFusion, Inc. has registered a Designated Agent with the United States Copyright Office to receive notice of alleged copyright infringements contained on the SchoolFusion service. All inquiries into alleged copyright infringement by as SchoolFusion, Inc. should be sent to SchoolFusion, Inc., c/o Blackboard, Attn: Teresa Frazier, 650 Massachusetts Ave, NW, Washington, D.C. 20001. Upon receipt of a proper notification of claimed infringement under the DMCA, SchoolFusion, Inc. will follow the procedures outlined in the DMCA. In addition, SchoolFusion, Inc. accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to protect their materials. Please be aware that most content contained in the SchoolFusion service is uploaded by SchoolFusion customers. A school may have adopted its own policy regarding copyright infringement. Please check with the applicable customer if you have any questions regarding the customer’s practices in this regard.

This Web site may contain links to third party Web sites that are not controlled by SchoolFusion. These third party links are made available to you as a convenience and you agree to use these links at your own risk. Please be aware that SchoolFusion is not responsible for the content of third party Web sites linked to the SchoolFusion website, nor are we responsible for the privacy policy or practices of third party Web sites linked to the SchoolFusion website. Our Privacy Policy only applies to information we collect from you while you are actively in a session with SchoolFusion. If you should link to a third party Web site from SchoolFusion, we strongly encourage you to review and become familiar with that Web site's privacy policy.

Hosting Firewall:

All branded versions of My Payment Network (SchoolPay) services are protected by the hosting company’s firewall. This is state-of-the art firewall security that is constantly monitored and updated.

SchoolFusion Web Application Privacy and Security Policy:

SchoolFusion is a web-based school/district content management system. Our system fosters improved communication between parents, students and school staff. You must have a user account in order to utilize the advanced features of the system. Your personal information is entered into the system one of two ways. Either an administrator at the school enters personal information or you may register for a user account yourself. If you register, you will be asked for your First and Last name, information to help identify you, your email address and to create a password.

- Your first and last name is used to identify you within the site and will appear when posting to a Chat or Discussion board.
- Information to help identify you is used if the school/district has chosen to approval all user accounts. This information is viewed by the website administrator to ensure you are an approved community member. Only website administrators can view this information.
- Your email address allows teachers or website administrators to email you from within the website. You can also sign-up to receive emails that include daily homework assignments and calendar events. Website administrators can also send mass emails to this address. You will receive these emails in your regular inbox. This email is only readable by the sender and the recipient, and no personal information collected or stored in this process.
- Your password is encrypted and cannot be read by anyone. Therefore, if you forget your password you must re-set it or a website administrator must re-set it for you. -SchoolFusion does not use your personal information or email content for any marketing or sales purposes.
- SchoolFusion does not share or sell any of your personal information or email content to any third party.
